OneCMS 2.6 Status Update

OneCMS 2.6 is essentially done; we're just hammering out a few small issues with the CMS and hope to have a release shortly. 2.6 has definitely seen its fair share of delays, I guess picking up a "inactive" CMS after such a long time and attempting to do something with it has its troubles. For one, we had to update a lot of the old code, some of which was filled with security holes. Various bugs were also present which didn't make our jobs any easier. Future builds shouldn't take this long. OneCMS team and Dog Fight Studios are also pleased to announce that they have partnered with ChocoThemes to make their Gamer@Heart theme the default theme for OneCMS 2.6!

In regards to the OneCMS team, we have largely moved on from 2.6. I have already started work on OneCMS 2.7 although largely in the conceptual stage. Charlie has put all his momentum behind AdaptCMS 2.0 and the recently announced AdaptBB 1.1 at Insane Visions. Darren is "cleaning up" so to speak the 2.6 build in anticipation for release. Feedback has been tremendously positive so we're pretty excited going into the launch.
